This shipping policy applies to Vetanica products purchased online at vetanica.com.au only.

At Vetanica, we believe getting your pet’s essentials should be fast, reliable, and stress-free. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping process.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship to all locations within Australia.
Standard Shipping:
For Orders below $49:
- Normal Shipping: Flat rate of $9.95 (Delivery within 2–8 business days depending on your location)
- Express Shipping: Flat rate of $13.95 (Delivery within 1–3 business days to most metro areas)
For Orders above $49:
- FREE standard shipping (Delivery within 2–8 business days depending on your location)
- Express Shipping: Flat rate of $4.95 (Delivery within 1–3 business days to most metro areas)
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
Order Processing Times
- Orders are dispatched within 0–1 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Bundle Orders & Multi-Item Shipping
If your order contains multiple items (e.g. supplements and shampoo), we’ll do our best to ship everything together. In some cases, items may ship separately depending on stock or packaging needs — you’ll be notified accordingly.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Australia. If you’re outside Australia and interested in our products, please contact hello@vetanica.com.au to express your interest.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Vetanica is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes. When going through checkout, please provide a correct business or residential address.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
We use trusted carriers like Australia Post and Sendle. If your parcel is delayed or missing:
- Check the tracking link sent via email.
- Contact us at hello@vetanica.com.au with your order number. We will lodge an investigation with the carrier if necessary and support you through the resolution.
