Vetanica is an Australian company creating the next-generation pet wellness products using science-backed ingredients and innovative technologies. We're proudly based in Queensland.

Where are your products made?

All our products are formulated and manufactured in Australia to meet high safety and quality standards. Many of our products carry the licensed Australian Made logo.

Are your products ethically sourced / sustainable?

Yes, we prioritise ethical sourcing and sustainability wherever possible. We use food-grade ingredients, responsibly sourced, and minimise unnecessary packaging.

How is my purchase making a difference?

We donate 1% of revenue to animal rescue and shelter organisations across Australia. Your purchase helps us support pets in need.

Are your products vet approved?

Yes. All our formulas are reviewed and endorsed by veterinarians. They are formulated in consultation with animal nutrition experts and professionals with expertise in this field.

How are they formulated?

We use the latest scientific research, veterinarian guidance, and AI-supported data analysis to create each formulation.

Are the ingredients clinically tested?

We prioritise using ingredients that are backed by published clinical research in companion animals. If limited research data is available we also consider the widely known benefits of such ingredients in the pet health community.

Can my pet take multiple supplements at once?

Yes, our products are designed to be safely combined. Always follow dosage guidelines and consult your vet if unsure.

Can my pet take these supplements along with other medications?

In most cases, yes. However, we always recommend speaking with your veterinarian if your pet is on prescription medication.

Do I need to transition my pet to supplements like for food?

No, supplements don't require a transition period. You can start with a smaller than recommended amount if your pet is sensitive, and gradually up the dose to reach the recommended dosage.

How long before I expect to see results?

Just like humans, results with any medication or supplement can vary based on health status, age, and condition etc. Some pets show changes within 1–2 weeks, while others may take 4–6 weeks.

Are your supplements powders or chews?

Our Essential range features easy-to-feed concentrated dosage powders. Powders are highly effective as a supplement form as they do not need many inactive ingredients to hold their shape. Our products are designed for maximum effectiveness and fuss-free administration.
Powders also effortlessly blend into your pet's favourite food, ensuring they get their daily dose without a struggle. Our concentrated formula means even a small amount packs a powerful punch.

What if my pet is a picky eater?

Our powders are highly palatable and can be mixed with wet or dry food. You can also try adding a small amount of broth or warm water, or mix it with yoghurt. An overwhelming majority of our pet parents report no issues in adding supplements to their pet's diet.

Do your products have any side-effects?

At Vetanica, we formulate our products with high-quality, natural ingredients selected for their safety and effectiveness. When used as directed, our products are generally well-tolerated by most pets. However, as with any supplement or food ingredient, individual sensitivities can occur. If you notice any unusual reactions or have concerns, please discontinue use and consult your veterinarian.

My pet seems healthy overall. What can it benefit from?

Supplements support proactive care. They can help maintain health, support immunity, and reduce the risk of future issues. Your pet can benefit from all our supplements. If your pet is healthy and were to pick only one of our products then we would recommend our daily multivitamin - VitaShield. This will boost and maintain your pet's overall well-being. If your pet is more prone to joint or gut health issues then you may try those products as well.

What if my pet takes more than the recommended amount?

Our formulas use safe, food-grade ingredients. Therefore, generally speaking, taking an occasional larger then recommended dose should not cause any issues. That said, overuse is not advised. If your pet consumes an overly large amount, consult your vet.

Are supplements safe if my pet is breeding or pregnant?

While our products use safe ingredients, they have not specifically been tested in pregnant, lactating, or breeding animals. We recommend consulting your veterinarian before use.

How should I store your products?

Store in a cool, dry place below 30 degree C out of direct sunlight. We use veterinary grade packaging with a specialised coating that is designed to protect ingredient freshness without refrigeration.

Do you offer any guarantees?

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

What if I want an out-of-stock product?

You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back.

What if my order has not been shipped or I have not received my order?

In the unlikely event of a delay in shipping, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

If you received an order shipment notification from us but have not received your order even after several days, please check your tracking email first to locate the package. If this does not solve the problem please contact us and we will coordinate with the delivery agency to investigate the issue further and get your order delivered promptly.

Please note that orders with multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

In such cases please contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and most major Australian payment providers.
Afterpay however may not be available for subscription orders due to technical limitations with Afterpay.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry leading encrypted, PCI-compliant payment systems to keep your data safe.

Do you accept Afterpay?

Yes, you can pay in 4 easy instalments using Afterpay at checkout for one-time purchases.

Unfortunately, Afterpay as of now does not support payments for a subscription purchase. For subscriptions please use one of the other payment methods.

If Afterpay is the only payment option available to you, you can consider increasing your order quantities so that you have enough supply to last longer.

Where do you ship? Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship Australia-wide. International shipping is coming soon.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over a low minimum spend threshold. Please see the exact shipment value required to unlock free shipping on the product page or in your cart. It is also mentioned on the home page of our website.

How fast do you ship and deliver? Can I track it?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

For standard shipping you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 6 days.

For express shipping you can expect your order within 1 to 4 days.

You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

What if my order is damaged or lost in transit?

We take great care in packing your order, but occasionally issues can occur during transit.

  • For Damaged Orders: Please take photos of the damaged package and its contents, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For Lost Orders: If your tracking information shows an issue or your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, please get in touch with us.

In either case, we will promptly investigate with the shipping carrier and ensure a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

What if my pet doesn't like it?

It's completely normal for pets to have preferences! Our concentrated powders are designed to be easily mixed into your pet's favourite food, like wet food, yogurt, or even a treat, which often helps with acceptance. If, after trying this, your pet still isn't keen, remember we have a 30-day money-back guarantee. So, you can feel confident trying Vetanica, knowing your purchase is protected.

Can I purchase without subscription?

Of-course. You can purchase all our products as a one-time purchase. You can always come back and subscribe if you like.

How frequently will you deliver?

When you subscribe to a Vetanica product plan, you're in control! While placing an order you can choose the delivery frequency that best suits your pet's needs, how long the pack will last, and your lifestyle. Our most common option is every 1 month, but you can easily adjust this to 2 or 3 months at any time through your customer account.

How can I manage my subscription?

Log in to your account at vetanica.com.au to adjust, pause, or cancel at any time.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, there are no lock-ins. Cancel your subscription anytime before your next order is processed.

Can I buy gift cards?

Yes, absolutely! Vetanica offers digital gift cards, which are the perfect way to share the gift of pet wellness with friends, family, or fellow pet parents. Gift cards of varying amounts are available to buy on our website.

How are they redeemed and do they expire?

Gift cards can be redeemed at checkout and must be used within 3 years of issuance.
